What are the opening hours?
The operating hours are Monday-Friday: 8am-6pm, and Saturday: 8am-12pm. The clinic is closed on Sundays and public holidays.
How much do the appointments cost?
Initial chiropractic consultation (45 minutes) including assessment and treatment – $99
Standard follow-up appointments (20 minutes) are $70
Long follow-up appointments (30 minutes) are $90

Can I claim through private health insurance?
Yes, we make on-the-spot claims using our HICAPS machine at the front desk. Just bring your private health insurance card to the clinic, and all you will need to do is pay the gap!
Can I claim treatment on Medicare?
To qualify for the Chronic Disease Management (CDM) program, (previously known as Enhanced Primary Care), you will need to get a CDM form including a referral to us from your General Practitioner. Once you have this, simply bring this form in to your appointment and receive five appointments at no pay. What Conditions do we treat?
Our chiropractors at in good hands chiropractic are best known for treating back and neck pain which we do very well, but patients also seek treatment for a range of other conditions such as shoulder, knee, wrist and ankle problems .
What type of qualifications do chiropractors have?
All of our Chiropractors have a minimum of five years University education, including a bachelors and a Master’s degree of chiropractic science, and regularly take part in ongoing professional development to remain up to date with the latest information and evidence-based treatments.
Do you need a referral from a GP?
Chiropractors are primary healthcare practitioners therefore a referral is not necessary. However your GP’s can refer you to our office via the Enhanced Primary Care Program (EPC).
